A little about Adam:
My name is Adam Bedenbaugh and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers with Real Estate transactions. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to Lake Murray, Lexington, Columbia, West Columbia, Gilbert, Chapin, and Irmo.
I'm a 1999 graduate of Lexington High School here in South Carolina. I graduated college from Presbyterian College in 2003, with a major in Political Science, and a minor in Business. I have a beautiful wife, and daughter. I have lived in the Midlands of South Carolina all my life, and feel blessed to be able to say that. I have been working as a realtor going on 7 years now. I love serving my clients, and I love my job.
I'm dedicated and committed to working hard for my clients.
I take a 24/7 attitude when helping others with their real estate needs.
"I talked with many realtors on the phone when searching for my first home. Many seemed pushy, or simply acted like they didn't have the time to help. A friend recommended Adam to me, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. Always on time, and always happy to help. He was very knowledgeable, and also showed patience during the home search (I can be rather picky at times). I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home." – Cindy
"Did a great job. This guy knows Lexington." – Brad
"We were 100% pleased with the job you did. You knew the area so well, and your patience was much appreciated as you know how fickle we can be!" - George and Janet
