Happy Holidays to all of you, This Is Shannon Brand down in beautiful and warm and sunny South Florida, and I am writing this at the Fort Lauderdale Beach. I can't believe its December already and the holidays are upon us.

Normally this time of the year most people send out holiday cards but that's so 2010. I have taken a decision to embrace technology in 2012 and this video will be one of many to follow. so please stay tuned to see all the amazing features coming in the following year.

I just wanted to take a moment and share with you one of the highlights I had this past year and that was getting the chance to meet so many of you at the Exit convention in Nashville. It was my first Exit Convention and I'm very thankful that I was given the opportunity to attend and add you into my list of referrals and of course my new friends.

I wish nothing but the best for all you and your families this holiday season and I hope that 2012 will be the year that will reignite the Real Estate community for the better, for all of us.
