Actually...I didnt use it in this video...its all stills with keyframing except for the shots that move vertice I used a 6' jib...yea I know...I have gone way overboard!

I use a Manfrotto 701 HDV fluid head. You get very smooth pans and tilts. ts about $300 I want to get a Manfrotto 561BHDV monopod. You can get the same results but its smaller for $279...great for busy areas and gun n run type b-roll interviews.....buy one, the best thing I did was buy a fluid head.
